Your purchase and use of the products from STTP Racing are governed by the terms and conditions set below. These are set out under security and copyright. We may at any time make any changes to the site. Failure to supply proof of purchase will always result in your claim or enquiry being denied.

By placing an order with us you warrant that:

Terms & Conditions of Use

1.Prices & Payment

We cannot accept your order until we have all payment in full. We then will send confirmation via email of payment and delivery details.

All pricing is subject to change at any point upon you receiving notice from us.

The price of goods displayed on this site are STTP Racing price.

2. Shipping

STTP Racing states the shipping charges but any other options may be available at additional costs. Once the product has left STTP Racing and in procession of the shipping company, any claims must be made with the shipper.

Delivery times are estimates, we are not liable for late delivery. We use different couriers’ dependant on size, weight and location it is being delivered to. Depending on stock availability orders will be dispatched within 3 business days. We may at our option deliver the goods to you in any number of installations unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.Your right to cancel your order

You can cancel your order at any point before the items have been dispatched, in some cases we are unable to stop them being dispatched. Then in some cases we will then arrange for your order to be sent back. Please see our ‘Returns & Refund Policy’ below.

4. STTP Racing Warranty

We strive to please all our customers and use quality products. Sometimes, some things do go wrong and we want you the customer to know that we will always have very good customer services and help above and beyond.

If your STTP Racing product fails or breaks due to manufacturing defects or issues, we will repair or replace from 12 months from receipt of payment. The part cannot have been changed or modified in anyway. Whether we then repair or replace or whether we decide we can not repair or peace due to reasons after inspecting it will be at STTP Racing’s discretion. 

All parts are not sold for road use, so therefore you accept and acknowledge this.

Normal wear and tear, incorrect fitting, degradation of the material over time, acidic cleaner damage will all be considered and will not be refunded, replaced or repaired. Your warranty will also be void if it has not been fitted to the correct applications that it is designed for. If ever a replacement part is then given the warranty policy is NOT TRANSFERABLE.

Any shipping or returns to STTP Racing must be insured, prep paid and include a copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase.

5. Returns & Refunds Policy

If your goods are fault or damaged on delivery, we will exchange the product. Goods must then be returned in original packaging, they must not have been installed or used and all seals must be intact, and they must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Returned items inadequately packaged will not be credited or exchanged. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding inadequate packaging.

If you are returning due to damaged that occurred in delivery, take photos showing the damage of the packaging and the product, then send them to tech@sttpr.com and we will look into this.

If you have ordered in error, we will issue a refund on return of the items (*exclusions apply). Goods must be returned to the company in original packaging within 14 days of receipt and must not have been used, installed or have seals broken. Returns of items ordered in error will be considered for a further 6 weeks but these will be subject to a 15 % handling fee. Returns will not be considered after 6 weeks of receipt.

In all circumstances all decisions are at our discretion and subject to the buyer providing proof of purchase, returning the good and all delivery being paid.

*Exclusions: Some products make to specific requirements and non-stock items specifically made are excluded.

6. General

We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by reasons of acts of god, war, civil commotion, accident strikes, lock outs, trade dispute, imposition or restrictions of imports or exports or any other cause within reasonable control of STTP Racing.

Please check all your order in full before arranging fitment or installation of any of the parts as no liability will be accepted for any cost incurred.

In the event of your default under these terms and conditions we shall be entitled to withhold the delivery to you of any goods ordered by you as at the date of the default.

If any of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in force.

STTP Racing warrant this product against manufacturing defect but accept NO liability for any loss, damage or injury arising a s a consequence of installation failure.

These terms and conditions and any other contract between us shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.

We and us at STTP Racing either alone or together with you, as the context requires ‘You’ means the person ordering the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

7. Mapping/ tuning

The installation of any product voids the cars warranty, it is the customers responsibility and we take no responsibility. It is also the customers responsibility to notify insurers of any modifications.

All parts are not sold for road use.

STTP Racing accept no responsibility for any damages during or after a remap.
