Custom fabrication for performance, classic and competition vehicles
STTP Racing provides bespoke fabrication for performance, competition, classic and historic vehicles. From individual brackets and mounts to custom assemblies, we create components to suit the vehicle, its intended use and the requirements of the project.
Our fabrication work supports upgrades, restorations and complete vehicle builds. We consider fit, clearance, service access and how each component works with the surrounding systems.
With fabrication, machining, engine building and vehicle assembly available in-house, we can develop and fit custom components as part of the wider build.
Our fabrication services
Brackets, mounts and custom components
We fabricate brackets, mounts and supporting components for engine installations, cooling systems, exhausts and other vehicle assemblies. Each part is made to suit the available space, mounting points and requirements of the project.
Cooling-system fabrication
We develop custom cooling packs and fabricate the mounts, pipework and supporting components needed to integrate them into the vehicle. Layout, clearance and access for maintenance are considered as part of the installation.
Exhaust systems and pipework
We fabricate bespoke exhaust systems and pipework to suit the engine specification and vehicle layout. Routing, ground clearance, heat management and service access are considered alongside the intended use of the vehicle.
Suspension components
Our fabrication work includes bespoke suspension components, such as the chromoly lower arms produced for a customer’s Cobra to improve its suspension geometry. Each project is assessed individually to establish the required dimensions, fit and application.
Fabrication for complete builds and restorations
We undertake fabrication as part of complete vehicle builds, conversions and restorations. Working alongside our machining and assembly services allows us to resolve fitment requirements and integrate custom components throughout the project.
